Our story
Finding out about a Garba night three days after it happened is a particular kind of heartbreak. Indian events in the US live scattered across temple mailing lists, WhatsApp forwards, community Facebook groups and printed flyers taped to grocery-store windows. There has never been one place to look.
Mera Bharat Mela pulls them together. Anyone can browse for free, and any organiser can list an event — a stadium-sized Diwali mela or twenty families gathering in a community hall. Both matter equally here.
